6.2. PURE TRADE trademarks
PURE TRADE trademarks are its exclusive property.

PURE TRADE holds exclusive rights in relation to the use, the reproduction and the making available to the public of the whole or a substantial part of the databases made available on the PURE TRADE website (a database is to be construed as a collection of independent works, data or other materials arranged in a systematic or methodical way and individually accessible by electronic or other means). The content of the databases may also be subject to pre-existing rights of third parties (see Sections 6.3. and 7.).
The replication, in whole or in substantial part, of the PURE TRADE databases is prohibited, unless PURE TRADE prior written permission is given. All requests shall be submitted to PURE TRADE through the information request forms on PURE TRADE contact page.
6.5. Download of materials
Certain materials may be made available for download from the PURE TRADE website -PURE TRADE grants the User permission to download and copy such materials, provided that :
- The User does not do anything that would harm the integrity of the materials in any way; and
- The User does not replicate databases of the downloadable materials, unless written permission is given (see Section 6.4.).
Without limiting any other right or remedy available to PURE TRADE, the permission herein granted shall automatically terminate in the event the User breaches any of the terms of this Legal Notice and, in such event, the User must destroy immediately all downloaded materials in its possession.
7. Third Parties protected materials (other than by intellectual property rights)
In addition to Sections 6.3. and 6.4., third parties materials made available on the PURE TRADEwebsite may be protected by rights other than intellectual property rights, Therefore, for materials where other rights are vested in a third party, the User must obtain the necessary permission for reproduction, distribution or any other use from the rightholder.
PURE TRADE is not in a position to allow or deny reproduction, distribution or use of third party materials. PURE TRADE does not accept any responsibility whatsoever, and shall not be held liable, for any violation of any such kind of rights related to information, documents and data made available via the PURE TRADE website.
8. Personal data protection
PURE TRADE is committed to the User’s privacy. Without prejudice to cookies (see Section 11 below), the User can browse the PURE TRADE website without giving away any personal information. However, in some cases, personal details are required in order for PURE TRADE to be able to provide personal e-services.
